In the event of 2 consecutive defaults in payments, the company as developer is at liberty to renegotiate the contract terms with the subscriber, or revoke a unit where deemed appropriate, and refund the subscriber’s part payment less 35% to the account details provided, with or without prior notice.
Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance any time within the duration of the transaction?
Every Subscriber/Purchaser is expected to pay an initial deposit as specified above and in the e-flyer. Depending on the payment plan chosen by the subscriber, he/she will be expected to pay a particular sum instalmentally as specified in his/her Contract of Sales Agreement and the payment structure attached within the E-flyer or FAQ.
Do only payment/deposit for the land guarantees me to own a plot?
Initial deposit alone does not guarantees ownership until the subscriber form is satisfactorily filled and submitted for validation then after receipt would be sent and other necessary document. Kindly note: Payment without submission or filled form as at when due timely does not guarantee plot ownership.
